Sensen Technology Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202304327K) is a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Payment Services Act 2019 to provide Digital Payment Token (DPT) services and domestic money transfer services.
By accessing or using the Sensen platform, you represent that your business is duly incorporated, has completed our Know Your Business (KYB) verification, and all authorised personnel have completed the required DPT Risk Awareness Assessment.
Sensen provides the following services subject to your approved product scope:
Fees are disclosed at the point of transaction. Sensen reserves the right to update fee schedules with 30 days' notice. Current fees are always available in your account settings.
You must not use the platform for:
Sensen may suspend or terminate access immediately if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we are required by law to preserve records and may be required to report to MAS or STRO.
Sensen's liability is limited to the amount of transaction fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We are not liable for losses arising from blockchain network failures, force majeure, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be referred to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
