1. Data Controller

Sensen Technology Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202304327K), 1 Raffles Place, Singapore 048616, is the data controller for personal data collected through the Sensen platform. We are subject to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. Data We Collect

  • Business registration documents and corporate information
  • Identity documents and biometric verification data for authorised personnel
  • Transaction records and financial data
  • Device information, IP addresses, and session data
  • Communications with our support team

3. Purpose of Collection

  • KYB/KYC verification and ongoing due diligence (AML/CFT obligations)
  • Processing payments and maintaining transaction records
  • Regulatory reporting to MAS and other authorities
  • Fraud prevention and security monitoring
  • Improving platform services

4. Legal Basis

We process personal data on the basis of contractual necessity, legal obligation (Payment Services Act, MAS Notices, AML/CFT regulations), and legitimate interests in preventing fraud and maintaining platform security.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your data with:

  • MAS and law enforcement authorities when required by law
  • Sanctions screening and KYT service providers (under strict data processing agreements)
  • Correspondent banks and VASPs as required for transaction processing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain transaction records and KYB/KYC data for a minimum of 5 years after account closure, as required by the MAS Notice on Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism.

7. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for the use of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations). Submit requests to privacy@sensenpay.com.

8. Security

We use AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, MPC key management for digital asset custody, and multi-factor authentication for all platform access.
